U.S. Nursing College complies with all regulations set forth by the Illinois Board of Higher Education regarding tuition cancellation and student refunds.
REFUND POLICY - BNATP (5 WEEKS PROGRAM)
If a student withdraws or is dismissed after instruction has begun, tuition refunds will be calculated based on the following schedule:
- Prior to the start of instruction: 100% refund
- During Week 1 of instruction: 60% refund
- During Week 2 of instruction: 20% refund
- After the end of Week 2: No refund
Note: Books, supplies, uniforms, CPR certification, and any applicable fees are non-refundable once issued or used.
METHOD OF REFUND / TERMINATION BY THE INSTITUTION
If a student is terminated due to disciplinary action or failure to meet academic or attendance requirements, the refund will be calculated using the schedule above based on the student's last recorded date of attendance.
All refunds due will be processed within 30 calendar days from the official date of withdrawal or cancellation. Refunds will be issued by check and mailed to the address listed in the student's file.
PROGRAM CANCELLATION
If U.S. Nursing College cancels the BNATP program before a student has started classes, the student will receive a full refund of all monies paid, including the application and registration fees.
