Schedule
- Day Classes — 09:00 am–4:00 pm, 2 days/week + 1 day clinical 5 weeks
- Evening Classes — 4:00 pm–9:00 pm, 4 days/week + 1 day clinical 5 weeks
- Weekend Classes — 09:00 am–4:00 pm, including clinical 8 weeks
Requirements
- Must be 16 years old or above
- Application form (Enrollment Agreement)
- Personal Identification (Valid Driver's License or Passport)
- Social Security Card
- High School Diploma or GED (state issued credential)
- Physical Exam and Drug Test
- Language: 8th Grade Level | Math: 12th Grade Level
- Healthcare Provider CPR & Background Check
